and title inspection.
Third, receive our Premier Pre-Approval certificate in the mail and shop for

First, forward a copy of your purchase contract to Amerisave. Lock in your interest rate on the product of your choice.
Second, Amerisave orders an appraisal of your new property and arranges for you to close your loan in an attorney or title company's office - convenient to you and the seller.
