Prompt, courteous, service. I have been very satisfied with the outstanding service provided by Amerisave. We are in the final stages of the process, just waiting for the closing date. Every step of the way has been guided by Matt and Kristen who are knowledgeable, always respond promptly, and are personable (not robots). Even if we are not approved I would definitely recommend Amerisave to anyone that is looking to finance (or refinance) their home.

I have been working with Joe Cali and he has given me exceptional service. He is very personable and made me feel comfortable asking, what I thought were, dumb ?'s. He updated me daily on the Rates and called me personally to make sure I understood what was going on. that's a lot more than Bankof Am. did. I could not even get them on the phone and was passed around all too often..
I can only hope that the rest of this experiance will be just as smooth..I will recommend your company to anyone looking for a mortgage. It's refreshing to know that one can still get personal service over the internet..Thank you. I want to feel at ease when I enter my home and remember how easy it was to get there.

I have recently applied for a Reverse Mortgage through Amerisave Mortgage Corp.
The deal was worked out via emails and phone calls which I, as an elderly person, found very useful.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Stephan Bryan in applying for my reverse mortgage. He was very knowledgeable about this product.

I found everyone that I dealt with was very professional. I was very happy that I could speak to a real person, and not a automated macine. I didn't know anything about reverse mortgages, and Stephen answered all my questions.
Many people were telling me NOT to get a reverse mortgage, because my house would be taken away. He explained everything very clearly to me, and I was confident that I was doing the right thing.

even this is our first time to apply a housing loan in our life we felt great and happy that we search your company in internet. at the beginning we are nervous talking to one of your loan officer until she discuss everything all about our credit score and the amount of loan that we can get and she did not discourage us because she kept on telling us that we can get the house that will fit our whole family. anyway your loan officer's name is SAMANTHA-BOUTOVAN-BACK. she is a good person and we all know that she is a good worker also because she always have time to answer her phone and entertain all our questions as a new home buyer and we are starting to recommend her and your company to our friends here in modesto california. one day we decided to call samantha to asked some few questions and even it's late at nite she still picked up her phone and answers all our questions.

First and for most during a time that people are saying it's impossible to get a loan, Your company and great staff came through for me and helped me to a successful closing of my loan. David Page and Anna Keller where my contacts at Amerisave, together they worked as a professional and helpful team, never to busy to answer any of my questions. The closing attorney met me at a time and a place that was convenient for me and talked me through all the papers I needed to sign, explaining each one so that they where easy to understand. I will differently recommend Amerisave to anyone looking for a company that will work hard for you and your dreams.

Both Bob and Nona have guided and advised us through the entire loan process thus far. We have dozens of emails from Amerisave posting us on the the loan progress step by step, answering our questions, providing us with copies of our appraisal, credit report and all pertinent documentation. My wife and I are extremely impressed with the professionalism of all the Amerisave representatives with whom we've come into contact.
